Donation to SNAAP

29 May 2025

Middleton Manor Lodge No 6337 recently agreed a donation to SNAAP (Special Needs Advisory and Activities Project) a charity based in Herne Bay. Full details on the Charity can be found here  www.snaap.org.uk

The charity was set up for the relief of children and young people with disabilities or special needs living in East Kent, by the provision of information, advice and support to their parents and carers, they also provide leisure activities for the children and young people.  The Charity recently received a garage, donated by Kent County Council, for the storage of aids and other equipment used by SNAAP and the donation will go a long way towards meeting the cost of racking and other storage facilities as well as cleaning and the supply of electricity.

The donation of £200 from Middleton Manor Lodge was match–funded by the Cornwallis East Kent Freemasons Charity, making a total of £400 for this deserving cause. More information on the work of EKFC can be found at www.cornwallisekfc.org.uk

Middleton Manor Lodge have supported SNAAP on numerous occasions since 2017 and we are delighted that on this occasion the donation benefitted from the generous match funding from EKFC.
