Tuesday 9th January 2024 saw the annual Installation meeting of Middleton Manor Lodge, held at St Michael's Masonic Hall Albany Road Sittingbourne.
W.Bro Alan Newton was Installed as Master for the second time, some 29 years after he first took the Chair in 1995. A wonderful ceremony took place, witnessed by 35 members and guests, including the representative of our Provincial Grand Master, W.Bro Graham Skelton.
Everyone then enjoyed a 3 course meal of Minestrone Soup, Braised Steak with assorted vegetables, Fresh fruit and Ice Cream. The raffle raised £145 for Charity and there was also a Whiskey Raffle that raised £155 which will be sent to the Province of East Kent 2025 Festival Appeal, in support of the MCF (Masonic Charitable Foundation).
Below are two pictures, one from Alan's first Installation in 1995 and one from 2024. We all wish Alan a most enjoyable year!
